What to expect when booking your appointment

Book your appointment online.

You'll receive a confirmation via email or text with a link to your HIPAA-compliant patient portal.

Log in to complete all required consent and intake forms.

You'll then be sent a secure video link for your telehealth visit.

During your appointment, we'll discuss your symptoms and goals, and labs will be ordered if necessary.

Your personalized treatment plan will be provided either during the initial visit or after lab results are reviewed.

Follow-up expectations and timelines will also be discussed during your visit.

Payment Policy
All services at DailyRenewalCo are self-pay and must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online platform.
We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we’re happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. To respect your time and ours:

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations may result in a $50 fee

No-shows are charged the full service fee
You can cancel or reschedule directly via your booking confirmation email or by contacting us.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of clinical services, we do not offer refunds for completed visits.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded (minus processing fees)

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely are non-refundable
Privacy & Confidentiality
All virtual appointments are conducted through HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms to ensure the security and confidentiality of your health information.
Your records will never be shared without your explicit consent. You may request access to your records or request corrections at any time.
Scope of Care & Eligibility

We currently serve residents of Illinois and Texas

You must be physically located in one of those states at the time of your appointment

We do not treat urgent medical concerns or provide emergency services

We do not prescribe controlled substances

All care is provided in alignment with clinical guidelines and the professional judgment of Dr. Shardai Arielle Gossett, APRN, CNM
Labs & Prescriptions
If your care includes lab work or prescriptions:

Additional third-party fees may apply

Labs can be sent to your preferred provider or one of our trusted diagnostic partners

Medications are prescribed at your provider’s discretion and may not be covered by all insurance plans

You are responsible for verifying pharmacy coverage and understanding your out-of-pocket costs
How to Prepare for Your Appointment
Please be in a quiet, private space with reliable internet access. If you have recent lab results, upload them in advance or have them on hand. For new visits, it’s helpful to bring a brief history of your symptoms, cycles, and any relevant health background so we can make the most of our time together.
Communication Between Visits
Established clients may contact us via email for brief questions or clarifications. New or complex concerns may require a follow-up appointment. We aim to respond to all messages within 1–2 business days.
Lab & Pharmacy Processing Times
Most lab results are available within 3–7 business days depending on the lab provider. Once results are received, your provider will review them and follow up with next steps. Pharmacy turnaround times vary by location and insurance coverage.
Telehealth Platform & Technology
Your virtual visit will be hosted on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. A link will be sent to you via email when you book. We recommend joining a few minutes early to check your connection, camera, and microphone.
