How do telehealth visits work?
Every visit is a secure virtual appointment with Dr. Arielle. You complete intake online, schedule a consultation, and meet over video. Follow-ups, lab review, and messaging happen through our secure platform.
What kind of lab testing do you order?
We order functional labs locally through partner facilities and review your results in context. Panels typically cover hormones, thyroid, metabolic markers, nutrient levels, and inflammation, tailored to your symptoms and goals.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill commercial or government insurance directly. Visits and packages are paid at the time of service. Superbills can be provided on request so you can submit them to your insurer for potential reimbursement.
Where do you provide care?
Our team is licensed in Texas, Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, California, New York, Minnesota, and Michigan, and provides concierge telehealth visits across all of them. If you are outside these states, reach out and we can share where we plan to expand next.
