You must be at least 18 years of age and physically located in a jurisdiction where our clinicians are licensed in order to receive clinical services. You are responsible for confirming your location and providing accurate, complete information at the time of booking. We may decline or terminate services if eligibility cannot be verified or if care falls outside our clinical scope.
3. Nature of Telehealth Services
Our services are delivered through secure virtual visits, including video consultations, messaging, and electronic transmission of records. Telehealth is not appropriate for every condition or situation, and your clinician may determine that in-person care, a referral, or emergency services are needed instead. By booking a visit, you acknowledge the inherent limitations of remote care, including potential technology disruptions and the inability to perform a physical examination.
4. Not Medical Advice; No Doctor-Patient Relationship Through the Website

A clinician-patient relationship is established only after you have completed our intake process, been accepted as a patient, and met with one of our clinicians during a scheduled telehealth visit. 5. Emergencies
Daily Renewal Co does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this website, our messaging tools, or our scheduling system to communicate emergencies.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, booking a visit, or communicating with us, and to keep that information up to date. 7. Fees, Payment, and Cancellations
Service fees, package pricing, and payment terms are presented at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not currently bill commercial or government insurance directly; superbills may be available upon request. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies are provided during the booking process and may be updated from time to time. Failure to attend a scheduled visit without timely notice may result in a no-show fee as described in the booking confirmation.

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from Daily Renewal Co related to your care, scheduling, payment, and our services. This may include automated text messages, voice calls, and emails. Standard message and data rates may apply.
